This policy explains what personal information Kiboni collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you shop or contact us, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide it), order details, and support or chat messages. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Kiboni never receives or stores your full card number or security code.
How We Use Information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our store, measure and improve our advertising, meet legal obligations, and — only if you sign up — send marketing emails.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is needed with service providers that help run our store: payment processing (PayPal), order fulfillment and shipping (our fulfillment partner and carriers), website hosting, email delivery, customer-support tools, and analytics and advertising partners (see “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising”). We do not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws may treat the use of advertising cookies as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”; you can opt out as described in “Your Advertising Choices”.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout. We may also use analytics and advertising tools — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel — that use cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site, measure the performance of our ads, and show relevant Kiboni ads on other websites and apps. These providers may collect information such as pages viewed, products added to cart, purchases, device and browser details, and IP address, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
Your Advertising Choices
You can decline non-essential cookies through our cookie notice when it is shown, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser. You can also manage ads directly with each provider: Google (adssettings.google.com and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on), Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences), and TikTok (Settings → Privacy → Ads in the app), or use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Website Chat
If you use the chat on our website, we store your name, email, messages, and the page you were viewing so we can answer you. Messages reach our support team through Telegram, and replies may also be sent to your email. Chat conversations are deleted after 12 months.
Your Privacy Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing support@kiboni.net. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children’s Privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security & Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for orders, legal and tax obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
