Order Cancellation
Orders move into fulfillment quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change something.
Cancellation Requests
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee cancellation once your order is being prepared or has shipped.
Address Changes
Contact us immediately with the correct address. Once the carrier has accepted the parcel, rerouting may not be possible or may carry a carrier fee.
Item or Quantity Changes
Changes to color, size, quantity, or items are possible only before your order is prepared. After that, our standard return policy applies once the order is delivered.
Already Shipped Orders
Shipped orders can’t be cancelled, but you can request a return after delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't shipped within the expected time, you may cancel it for a full refund — see “If Your Order Is Delayed” in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
